Generally speaking, the optimal amount of stock that
is kept on hand at any given time is based upon historical sales. Of
course, the heaviest inventory levels would go to the most
popular-selling sizes, progressively decreasing in size in unison with
sales.
You could probably find some bra size distributions stats, with a little research. It took me about two seconds to find this one. I'd start with something like this as a base-line and tweak it, once you have some historical sales to base future inventory levels on for your particular store.
